| Feldkirchen, 8 August 2005. With effect from 22 July 2005, Mr. Rudolf Franz resigned from his post as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Alphaform AG. Mr. Franz was a member of the Supervisory Board for ten years. Mr. Tobias Seige was appointed to the Supervisory Board by the district court in Munich on 27 July 2005. Mr. Tobias Seige is an engineering graduate and has been a shareholder and partner of Blue Corporate Finance AG, a corporate finance service provider, since 2004. In addition, he is the Chairman of the Advisory Board of Helsa Automotive GmbH & Co. KG, a leading cabin air filter manufacturer for the automotive industry. Tobias Seige founded Trident Components Group Ltd (TCG) in 1995. He managed the company until 2004 and he and his partners sold the company in the second quarter of 2005. The company specialised in the development and manufacturing of light metal components for the automobile industry, employing approximately 2,400 people in various European locations. Mr. Seige has a masters degree in mechanical engineering from ETH University in Zurich as well as an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau. The new Chairman will be elected at the next Supervisory Board meeting in September. Until then, the deputy Chairman, Mr. Hans Klingler is leading the Board. The members of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board of Alphaform AG regret the decision of Mr. Franz and thank him for his excellent work. |
