Alphaform AG: Founders to resign from the Management Board at the end of 2007

Feldkirchen, 20 June 2007

Alphaform AG today announces that its two founders and members of the Management Board, Andreas Daunderer (Chairman) and Dr. Christian Wilkening, won’t be renewing their contracts for another term. Both resignations become effective at the end of 2007.

Management Board members, Andreas Daunderer and Dr. Christian Wilkening will serve until the end of 2007. At this time they too will pursue other professional opportunities.

Over the next few months, Alphaform AG will provide investors with detailed information about all upcoming appointments to the new Executive Management Board.
