On December 9th, 2008 Mr. Tobias Seige resigned as Member of the Alphaform Supervisory Board and head of the Alphaform Supervisory Board due to important personnel reasons. Mr. Seige was member of the supervisory board since July 2005. A new member of the supervisory board will be appointed shortly. The supervisory board members as well as the board of Alphaform regret Mr. Seiges decision and thank for his excellent cooperation. |
