On 28 November 2008, Alphaform AG acquired a 100% stake in MediMet Precision Casting and Implants Technology GmbH. The agreed sales price was €8.0 million; whereof €1.2 million is earnings- dependent. MediMet is a precision casting Service Company for the orthopaedic industry with its headquarters in Stade-Wiepenkathen. In the 2008 financial year, expected revenues are €6.0 million; net income for the year of approximately €0.7 million is expected. |
