Alphaform offers three different levels of surface finishing for your parts. It is up to you to choose the surface you are in need of.

Parts are supplied with surfaces provided by the manufacturing process.
The following finish work is done:

-	removal of support (STL)
-	removal of loose powder (SLS)
-	removal of overspray (urethane castings)
-	closing of larger defects (> 3mm)
-	bead blasting for optical homogenization

In addition to BV1 we provide:

-	eliminating all stair stepping (STL)
-	remachining of all holes (SLS)
-	fitting of packaging parts
-	eliminating all surface defects (urethanes)
-	painting with filler (STL parts) as an option

Ready for painting, chrome plating.
Fully transparent parts as an option.
